$100 Non-Refundable Booking Retainer
A $100 retainer is required to secure your wedding date. This retainer will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due on or before the wedding day.

Changes to Services
The final number of makeup services must be confirmed 30 days prior to the wedding date. Reducing the number of services after this date does not reduce the total amount owing. Additional services may be accommodated based on availability.
Wedding Day Preparation
To help your morning run as smoothly as possible, please ensure everyone receiving makeup:
- Arrives on time and is ready at their scheduled appointment time
- Has a clean, makeup-free face
- Informs Kaymac Beauty of any skin sensitivities, allergies, recent cosmetic procedures, or lash extensions prior to the appointment
- Has a comfortable chair, table space, and access to a nearby power outlet with good lighting available
Travel
Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your venue. Parking, ferry, tolls, or other travel-related expenses will be added to the final invoice when applicable.
Touch-Ups
Your makeup is professionally applied using high-quality products to provide long-lasting wear. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, weather, and normal wear throughout the day. On-site touch-up services are available for an additional fee if requested in advance.
Photography
Kaymac Beauty may photograph completed makeup applications for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please notify me before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The booking retainer is non-refundable. If your wedding is cancelled or postponed, please notify Kaymac Beauty as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate a new date based on availability; however, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
Artist Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Kaymac Beauty is unable to provide services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a qualified replacement. If a replacement cannot be secured, all monies paid will be refunded.
Liability
Kaymac Beauty is not responsible for makeup performance affected by weather conditions, tears, excessive touching of the face, or undisclosed skin conditions or allergies. Services are considered accepted once completed.
